Chocolate Raisin Cookies

I had been wondering about combining chocolate and raisin. Well i had tried a lot before i came up with this recipe. The raisin and chocolate flavor just match up with each other and the combination is just yummy!!!! I hope you’ll like this Fudge Chocolate Raisin cookie.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate drink powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon chocolate spread
50 gm raisin

METHOD
Step 1: Mix sugar and butter along with 2 tablespoon full of milk.
Step 2: Add vanilla extract and chocolate spread.
Step 3: Add the egg into the mixture.
Step 4: Now add the dry ingredients (flour, chocolate drink powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt) into the mixture. if you want to use unsweetened coco powder then you’ll have to use one extra cup of sugar.
Step 5: Beat until the batter is moistened. then stir in the raisins and mix it. leave the batter for 10 minutes. do not put it in the fridge. you can also toss in some chocolate chips because you can always make a chocolate cookie more chocolaty.
Step 6: Now your batter is ready. scoop the batter by the teaspoon full onto the baking pan. leave enough space between each cookie for them to spread.
Step 7: Bake for about 8 or 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned. actually if you are using microwave then it wont take longer than 5 minutes. for microwave you just have to bake it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 8: Let the cookies cool on room temperature then your chocolate raisin cookies are good to go!!!

      ENJOY!!!!
